If you plan on taking summer classes, please review the following information in regards to summer financial aid.

Eligibility for federal grants and loans will depend on what aid the student has taken out during the fall and spring semesters of the academic year. You can complete the form below to have your eligibility for Federal and state grants and loans for the summer term. The Financial Aid Office will send you an email notification when your offer letter has been revised to include summer aid.

If you plan on transferring to NIACC during the summer to receive your degree: please list NIACC on your FAFSA application for the current year. Once NIACC has received your FAFSA information they will calculate any eligible aid you may qualify for during the summer. Keep in mind that if you received financial aid at your previous school it will be taken into account when calculating your eligibility for summer at NIACC.

If you did not apply for financial aid you must complete the FAFSA application so NIACC can determine your financial aid for the summer.

If you currently attend another institution and only plan to take NIACC courses during the summer, make sure you contact your college’s Financial Aid Office for any available aid.
