Navigating college can be stressful. We are here to help!
NIACC’s Education to Employment provides free services to students to help them navigate college and find high-demand careers. Students can enroll in a multi-week short-term certificate, one-year diploma, or two-year degree program.
EMPOWER Coordinators and Pathway Navigators provide services and supports to help students to be successful in their learning journey, such as:
- Effective studying techniques
- Time management tips
- Setting, tracking, and achieving goals
- Help buying books
- Low to no cost tuition
Life still goes on while in college!
Balancing life and learning can be difficult sometimes. Coordinators and Navigators will assist students to identify and overcome barriers. Common barriers can include:

- Mental health concerns
Potential funding may be able to help with personal, academic, and career supports.
Employment is the goal!
We will also help students find quality employment. Services include assistance with career leads and job search, resume formatting, preparing for interviews, or work experience and internships.
