Dog Grooming Services

Does your dog need grooming? North Iowa Area Community College now offers professional dog grooming services through their new Canine Campus! By bringing your dog in, you’ll be helping students gain hands-on experience as they work towards their dreams. Under the guidance of an industry-credentialed instructor, students learn the skills needed to groom dogs according to breed standards. Please note that dogs with a history of aggression or those dismissed from other salons are not eligible, as students are still in training.

What to expect at the time of appointment

  • Make sure your pet is current vaccinations (distemper and rabies) and bring them to the appointment
  • Go over the contact information and what the owner wants for hairstyle per The Game Plan
  • Since we are learning,  the appointment will take longer than average
  • Pick up your dog once they are finished
