Tuition and Financial Aid
Knowing that you want to attend college isn’t enough—you also need to plan on how to pay for it. There are several ways to finance your college career and the more you know, the more money you can potentially get to help pay for your education. Having a financial plan in place before you enroll will ease the stress that can come further down the road.
The Financial Aid Office can help you complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), answer questions about the differences between loans and grants, determine eligibility, assist you in applying for scholarships, process your loan request, and answer any other questions you may have.
As with most things, when it comes to filing for financial aid, sooner is better than later. Whether you’re applying for scholarships, grants, federal student aid, or the work study program, meeting the deadline can mean the difference between money in your pocket for class and no financial assistance.
From submitting your first FAFSA to graduation, NIACC is here to help you get it figured out.
