2024 – 2025 NIACC Graduation Candidates (May/Summer and Midyear Graduates)

The 2024 – 2025 NIACC graduation ceremonies will take place on Friday, May 2. Graduates will receive information from the Registrar’s Office assigning them to one of the following ceremonies.

• 1 pm – Health Sciences
• 3 pm – Skilled Trades
• 5 pm – Arts & Sciences

How to Apply for Graduation
Apply for graduation on TrojanHome under My Profile > Self Service Menu > Graduation Overview. There you will find the Apply link.

Midyear Graduates – please apply for graduation by December 1, 2024.
May/Summer Graduates – please apply for graduation by March 1, 2025.

Informational Meeting for Graduates
An informational meeting for graduates will be held on Thursday, April 17 at 12:30 pm. Please use the following link to join: https://niacc.zoom.us/j/83259485677  A recording of the meeting will be available for those unable to attend.

Cap and Gown Pick-up

Caps, gowns, and honor cords will be available for pick-up Monday, April 28 through Thursday, May 1 in the Records office (AB-104), from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. If you are unable to come during this time, please contact the Records Office to make other arrangements.

Seating Accommodations

While seating in the NIACC Auditorium will be first-come, first-served for the commencement ceremonies, a limited number of accessible seats are available and can be reserved for those using wheelchairs and other assistive devices. Please contact the Records Office to arrange.
