NIACC is committed to serving our area high schools through the work of our College and Career Transition Counselor (CCTC) team.  This initiative has our CCTCs partnering with area high schools to provide support to students and families during an often crucial and important transition time – exploration, decision, and process of determining post-high school plans. 

The CCTC team works with 2-3 high schools spending full days every week at each to provide career exploration activities, college and apprenticeship enrollment support, and employment guidance for whatever the student’s post-secondary plans might be.
