Mutual respect and consideration for each other’s space, property, and being is expected at all times within the student housing community. Behaviors which demean, threaten, or harm another person or another’s rights or property will not be tolerated. Residents who demonstrate inappropriate behaviors and infringe upon others or others’ property, including NIACC property, will be asked to leave.

Substance Free Living

Student housing at NIACC is substance free – the possession and use of alcohol and illegal drugs are prohibited in the residence halls and apartments. Alcohol possession and consumption is not allowed even if a student is 21 or older. NIACC’s residence halls and apartments are also tobacco free.
