North Iowa Concert Band – Spring Concert April 15, 2024 North Iowa Concert Band – Spring Concert Auditorium Events, Featured Events, NIACC Events On Tuesday, April 16th, Dr. Justin Smiley-Oyen will conduct the North Iowa Concert Band in their Spring Concert at 7:30pm in the North Iowa Community Auditorium. This highly-talented group of community and student musicians will play a concert of “New Classics,” featuring works by Copland, Whitacre, and Gordon Jacob. Music starts at 7:00 PM, and admission is free of charge. Free-will donations will be accepted at the door to support NIACC Music Scholarships.
