Share your time and talents and make a positive impact on your community!
RSVP, or the Retired Senior Volunteer Program, recruits adults 55 and older to use their skills, talents, and life experience to help others in their community.
The focus of RSVP of North Central Iowa is childhood literacy. The majority of volunteers serve in area elementary schools. RSVP also connects volunteers with opportunities to serve at local non-profit organizations. Choose the opportunity that fits best with your lifestyle and interests.
RSVP of North Central Iowa serves six counties:
- Cerro Gordo
- Franklin
- Hancock
- Mitchell
- Winnebago
- Worth
RSVP of North Central Iowa is part of a national network of programs called AmeriCorps Seniors and is sponsored by North Iowa Area Community College.
If you’re 55 or older and have a passion to help others, this program is for you.
