Come celebrate Jazz Appreciation Month with the North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) Jazz Ensemble, conducted by John Klemas, NIACC Director of Bands. The NIACC Jazz Ensemble will perform a short program in the Activity Center at NIACC on Tuesday, April 25 at 7:00 p.m. The event is free of charge.

The NIACC Jazz Club, a cabaret style concert, will have something for everyone. The students are presenting a variety of jazz styles in a relaxing atmosphere, which should make for a very entertaining evening.

The NIACC Jazz Ensemble includes: Saxophones: Tessa Overturf from Nora Springs, Madison Becker from Charles City, Philomena Schnoeblen from Clear Lake, and Savannah Moore from Manly Trumpets: Jared George from Charles City, Christian Sveen from Galesville, WI, and Harleigh McKee from Webster City Trombones: Cassidy Allison from Fredricksburg, Shienne Wittwer and Tyler Nestvedt from Mason City Piano: Special Guest, Leon Kuehner from Hampton Bass: Levi Nettleton from Kensett Drums: Zeke Branstad from Clear Lake
