•Have a drive to learn
•Be comfortable with their duties changing from day to day
•Have experience with Hurco or any conversation type programming (preferred but not required)
•Have experience with Fanuc or Fadal controls (preferred but not required)
•Be well versed in reading and understanding blueprints
•Be able to self-pace their projects
•Be comfortable asking questions and getting help
