Job Responsibilities: The Clinic Lead Nurse is responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of all clinic personnel within the facility. This includes the input to the evaluation, revision and implementation of policies and workflows, and daily problem solving and communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be currently licensed in the state of Iowa as a RN. Lead Nurse experience/training and clinic knowledge preferred. Must be able to communicate well with patients, staff, and employees. Must be a problem solver, able to multi-task and flexible to meet clinic needs.
