Job Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, production goals, and quality standards. Provide training including required OSHA trainings, guidance, and development opportunities for team members. Conduct toolbox talks, monthly safety meetings, and any annual meetings. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed on time. Oversee the entire powder coating process, from preparation and application to curing, ensuring optimal performance. Monitor equipment and materials usage to ensure quality production and minimal waste. Enforce all safety procedures and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. OSHA 10 Cert.
