Job Responsibilities: The Powder Coat Applicator is responsible for preparing and applying powder coatings to metal surfaces. This role involves working with various types of coating materials, ensuring the surface is properly prepared for coating, and ensuring the final finish is smooth, even, and meets company standards. Apply powder coating to metal products and components using spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and high-quality finish. Inspect finished parts for defects or imperfections and ensure coatings meet quality standards. Touch up areas as needed. Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, ovens, and curing systems. Maintain equipment and perform routine checks for functionality.
