Job Responsibilities: The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations. This individual will plan, direct, and coordinate the scheduling, manufacturing and assembly of products in compliance with company goals and objectives. This individual will be responsible for managing inventory (warehouse and distribution) while focusing on continuous improvements and teaching root-cause analysis supporting the production and manufacturing teams with any of their needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, noting automotive or similar sheet metal fabrication experience is preferred.
