The Mason City Parks and Recreation Department is hiring a seasonal Aquatic Center Manager for the 2025 spring/summer season. This dynamic role offers the chance to lead a team and oversee the operations of a busy aquatic facility. Starting wage is $15.00 and up, based on experience.

– Lead and supervise pool operations
– Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance.
– Maintain water quality and manage pool chemistry.
– Coordinate aquatic programs.

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of pool operations exp.
– Lifeguard, CPR, & First Aid Certified.
