Job Responsibilities: Join Franklin County Secondary Roads and make a difference in your community! Operate motor graders to maintain safe, smooth roads, clear ditches, and ensure proper drainage.

Responsibilities include heavy equipment operation (dump trucks, loaders), installing culverts, snow removal, record-keeping, and emergency response. Shift pay is available for working during emergency hours. Excellent benefits provided including IPERS.

Must hold a CDL Class A with Air Brakes, lift 50-100 lbs, and live within 15 miles or report in 30 minutes.
