Job Responsibilities: Tractor & Combine Service Technician Job Description. The job tasks and physical demands include but may not be limited to the following. Set up of new tractors, combines, skid loaders, planters, tillage equipment, mowers, balers. Installing final drives, dual wheels, hubs, tracks. Installing jacks & jack stands under machinery that accommodate work to be done and safety. Use of hydraulic hoists overhead crane hoists, forklifts and tire caddies. Inspecting machines Climbing up and down ladders mounted on tractors and combines. Crawling into combine grain tanks.
