Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and help improve our IT systems. You will be helping to identify, track, escalate, and resolve end-user problems supporting for approximately 2500 end-users spread across 15+ locations in North America. You be will providing technical assistance in-person, via telephone, or from remote access.

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Associate degree in computer science, information systems or related field and/or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years combined progressive experience working in a service desk environment, and/or providing hands on technical support, required.
• Previous experience working directly with end users in a manufacturing environment, preferred.

Pay Range: $52,000
