Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Daycare Staff Member to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children ages infant through 6th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

– Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
– Create a safe, welcoming environment that fosters child development.
– Assist in implementing daily schedules, including meals, nap times, and educational activities.
– Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development through positive interaction and guidance.
– Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and daily activities.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare space and materials.
– Collaborate with team members to plan and execute special events and activities.
– Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting preferred, but not required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
– First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
– Ability to lift and carry children and equipment as needed.

Pay Range: $9 & up depending on experience
