Job Responsibilities: The Clinic Registered Nurse is responsible for managing nursing care essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient’s health and wellness within their scope of practice. The Clinic Registered Nurse will direct and support nursing/clinical personnel providing patient care within the facility as assigned by the Clinic Director or RN Supervisor.

Starting at $23.49 (ADN) salary increases with experience and certification.

What We Need from You:

Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the area of nursing care as it relates to the ambulatory setting and age specific patient populations.
Coordinates daily clinic operations as they pertain to patient care. Ensures patient care by meeting patient care needs and assisting with patient concerns.
Assists with recruitment, interviewing, evaluation, training, and serves as preceptor/mentor of clinical personnel.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited program in professional nursing.
Current R.N. licensure in the State of Iowa.
ACLS certification preferred, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
Maintains certification in BLS/CPR.
